Virus and spyware removal is, by no means, an exact science.

Each case can be different, in the degree of infestation,
and the time it takes to rid your computer of these pesky suckers.
We charge by the time spent on the computer,
and not for the time it takes to run the various scans.

In-House Service $25/hr
You can bring it to us, or we can pick it up.
($10 pickup fee, $10 drop-off fee)

Onsite Service $35/hr
We prefer to do this type of work at our office as each method
of scanning your computer takes a while, and we can do other
work during that time. Therefore, our onsite rate is
$35/hr for virus removal.

We recommend that you don't rely on just one program to protect your computer.
It's best to have an arsenal of protection. Having multiple programs helps
protect you from the most invaders, as not any one program finds everything.
It's not necessary to have a bunch of programs running all the time,
but regular scans with your arsenal will help reduce your risk,
and keep your computer clean.
