scanning to insure that every trace of viruses, trojans, spyware and adware is removed.

Upgrades Computer Optimization

We can install new hard drives, RAM, video cards,
 CD & DVD burners, sound cards, USB ports,
Firewire ports, card readers and modems.

 (Most upgrades will take less than 30 minutes)		 This includes a complete analysis of your computer, configuration for optimal performance,
registry cleaning, and more.

Network Setup

We can setup your home or office network, and configure it to your needs.

 

Data Transfer Software Installation and Configuration
$40hr $40hr
We can transfer files from one computer to another. Large files or large amounts of files are no problem.

(Your computer must have a USB port available.)

configure it to your needs.

 

Network and System Support Plans (Computer Insurance)
$10-$25 / month
Plans cover individual computers. You may purchase a plan for each
computer you need covered, and likewise cancel a plan on any
computer deemed unsalvageable or beyond repair.

Free labor on hardware repairs, software troubleshooting, and
associated networking between covered computers.

Reduced costs for parts and labor for new installations and network configuration.

Priority scheduling – before end of next day.
Benefits and Coverage of Plans
More than just a computer repair plan, both plans cover free labor on
software and systems troubleshooting and maintenance, except
on printers, monitors, routers, hubs and network cabling.

Hardware repair labor costs will be covered free of charge, regardless how
long the repair takes or if it needs a parts replacement the next day.

If, by phone, we are unable to troubleshoot and solve your system
problem, we will come to your site to repair the computer.

If we are unable to repair a computer, we will take the computer to our
shop and return it to your site, repaired without any additional costs,
except for authorized parts acquisition and replacement.
SERVICE PLAN I
For each computer without a manufacturer or dealer service and parts warranty.

Each computer will be catalogued and tracked, with quarterly onsite “check-ups.”

For new systems and network analysis and implementation, new upgrade
parts installation and configuration, data transfer, archiving and
peripheral hardware (printers, hubs, routers) programming or
troubleshooting, our hourly fee will be reduced from
$40/hour to $30/hour for any account holding more
than three service plans or full IT Plan.
